Always read and follow the product label, Safety Data Sheet (SDS), technical data sheet, application instructions, and applicable safety requirements before using any product.
Shipping Policy
Texas Custom Aerosols by Ken Brault Industrial ships products to eligible locations within the United States, subject to product-specific shipping restrictions and carrier requirements.
Processing Times
Standard products are generally processed and shipped according to the availability and processing time displayed at the time of purchase.
Custom-filled aerosol products require additional processing time. Please allow approximately 4–6 business days for custom aerosol orders after all required information, samples, approvals, and payment have been received.
Processing times may vary depending on order volume, color matching requirements, product availability, or other circumstances.
Hazardous Materials
Certain aerosol products may be classified as hazardous materials or dangerous goods for transportation purposes.
Shipping methods, carriers, delivery locations, and shipping charges may therefore be subject to additional restrictions or fees.
Additional hazardous-material or freight charges may apply where required.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring that products can legally and safely be delivered to the requested location.
Shipping Damage
Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery.
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage with photographs and contact Texas Custom Aerosols by Ken Brault Industrial as soon as possible.

Color Matching
Color matching is an approximation and is affected by the original sample, substrate, lighting, application technique, film thickness, gloss level, age of the original finish, and other environmental and application factors.
A custom aerosol color may not be an exact visual match to the original surface.
Customers should test the product on an appropriate surface before applying it to the final project.
Customer-Provided Samples
When customers provide paint chips, parts, samples, or other materials for color matching, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the submitted material is suitable for evaluation and can be safely transported.
Texas Custom Aerosols by Ken Brault Industrial is not responsible for loss or damage to customer-provided samples during shipping or handling except where required by applicable law.
Custom Order Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming custom-order information before production.
Once a custom order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Because custom aerosols are produced specifically for the customer, custom orders may be non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or the product is determined to be defective or incorrectly produced.
Application & Testing
Before use, customers should review all applicable product instructions, labels, technical data, and Safety Data Sheets.
Customers should perform a test application before using a custom aerosol on the final surface.
Texas Custom Aerosols by Ken Brault Industrial is not responsible for damage caused by improper surface preparation, application technique, environmental conditions, incompatible coatings, failure to test the product, misuse, or use outside the manufacturer's recommendations.
Safety
Aerosol products may be pressurized and may contain flammable or hazardous materials.
Keep aerosol products away from heat, sparks, flames, and ignition sources. Do not puncture, crush, burn, or expose aerosol containers to excessive heat.
Use products only in accordance with the product label and applicable safety instructions.
